A large natural casing for susages i larger sizes. Beef round a curved casing wich are used for cooked, smoked and dried ring shaped sausages. Beef middle is a straight natural casing a bit wider than the beef round and oftend used to cooked sausages and salamis. Beef bung looks a bit differnet with it´s net pattern and boomerang shape. Bungs are mainly used for Coppa, Salami and Blood sausage.
