Sausage casings and sheets with spices/herbs. These casings are made of textile and non-woven materials, available as either casings or sheets. During the process, the spices transfer and adhere to the product, after which the sheet, film, or casing is removed. Non-woven materials are used for cooked deli products, bakery items, and cheese. Textile casings are used for hams, as well as sausages that are air-dried or cold-smoked.
